Subscription timing
Business is a monthly subscription. Here is exactly when it starts, renews and ends.
Your Business subscription begins after you choose Business in your account and approve it in PayPal. If the first payment is pending, paid calls arrive after PayPal confirms it.
PayPal charges the saved payment method each month. Your 25,000 API-call allowance refills after each successful payment.
Cancel anytime from your account or PayPal. There are no subscription refunds. You will not be charged again and Business access lasts through the period already paid for; bought pack calls remain yours.

Top-up packs
Packs work with any plan. Bought calls never expire and are only used after your monthly allowance runs out.
One-time Boost: 10,000 bought API calls. The balance never expires and is used after your monthly allowance.
Buy BoostOne-time Builder: 35,000 bought API calls. The balance never expires and is used after your monthly allowance.
Buy BuilderOne-time Scale: 100,000 bought API calls. The balance never expires and is used after your monthly allowance.
Buy ScaleOne-time payments in USD through PayPal (PayPal balance or card); packs do not start a subscription. Packs are refundable within 14 days only if unused, meaning your bought API-call balance still covers the entire pack. Approved refunds remove that pack's calls. See the Refund Policy and Terms of Service. You buy packs from your account after signing in.
