Refund Policy

Clear, fair rules for one-time API call packs and monthly subscriptions.

Last updated:

API call packs

You may request a refund for a one-time API call pack within 14 calendar days of the payment being confirmed. A pack is eligible only if it is unused: at the time we review the request, your bought-call balances must still cover the full API-call and developer-call quantities included in that pack. Monthly plan allowances do not count toward this balance.

If we approve the refund, we remove the refunded pack's calls from your bought-call balances and return the payment through PayPal where possible. Because bought calls are held in separate API and developer balances, both balances must be sufficient for the full pack. Calls from packs do not expire, but calls already consumed cannot be refunded.

To request a pack refund, submit the billing and refund form while signed in, and identify the pack and purchase if available. We may ask for information needed to locate the PayPal transaction. Submitting a request does not itself guarantee approval.

Business plan subscriptions

Business is billed monthly through PayPal. Subscription payments and plan allowances are not refundable, in whole or in part, except where applicable law requires otherwise. You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal. Cancellation does not refund the current billing period; Business access remains available until the end of the period already paid for.

For help with a charge, subscription status, or cancellation, use the billing question form or manage your subscription from your account.

Legal rights

This policy does not limit any non-excludable rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer-protection law. If a mandatory legal right gives you a more favourable remedy, that right takes precedence.

Questions

For refund eligibility, include the pack and reason in the refund request form. For other payment questions, use billing support.
